Alexander Richardson is an experienced finance professional with a solid background in credit analysis, auditing, and human resources. Currently serving as a Credit Analyst at Heritage Bank NW since June 2020, Alexander has demonstrated a high quality control pass rate and has contributed to training and standards development. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant Auditor at the Washington State Auditor's Office, where Alexander led audits for significant local government entities, and as a Compensation-Benefits & HRIS Analyst at Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic, focusing on HR reporting and enrollment administration. Earlier roles at ROW Adventures and Gonzaga University showcased leadership and support in accounting and education, respectively.
