Sharlyn Mae Dien is an experienced Operations Analyst currently working at Heritage Bank since December 2018, having previously held roles as Operations Officer. Sharlyn's career began as a Customer Service Representative at Convergys Philippines in 2014. Sharlyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics from the University of the Philippines, completed in 2015.
