Shylaja Bhat is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director of HR for Global Business HR at HERE Technologies since April 2011, overseeing the Platform Foundation team, which supports a workforce of over 4,000 in building a leading location platform. Prior to this role, Shylaja managed HR Business Partner functions for business units in HERE India, supporting an employee base of 1,400, and held positions at Patni Computer System, Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd, Ness Technologies, and 3 Global Services Private Limited.
