Philipp Nitzsche has work experience in various roles at different companies. Philipp began their career at BearingPoint as a Consultant from September 2011 to January 2013. Philipp then joined IBM as a Senior Managing Consultant - Strategy & Analytics from February 2013 to February 2017. Currently, they are working at Heraeus, where they held the position of Head of Process Management from March 2017 to June 2023. Philipp later became the Digital Transformation Lead from January 2023 to August 2023. Presently, they are the Digital & Strategic Projects Lead - Corporate & Shareholders Office, starting from June 2023.

Philipp Nitzsche completed their Master's degree in Management at EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht from 2005 to 2010. In 2009 to 2010, they also pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the Asian Institute of Technology.
