Tia Hawkins RN, BSN is a cardiovascular clinical nurse at Sentara Health, a position held since May 2024. In addition to clinical practice, Tia serves as a contributing writer for Tia's View From Home since March 2020 and previously contributed to TODAY Parenting Team until April 2023. Tia is the owner and CEO of Tea Talks with Tia LLC, where wellness coaching and consulting services are provided, a venture established in January 2017. Tia Hawkins holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University.
