Noel O'Boyle has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Noel is currently working at Sosei Heptares as a Principal Scientist, starting in January 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Scientist II at the same company from September 2019 to January 2022, where they played a significant role in the hit identification process and promoted the use of cheminformatics tools to optimize workflows within the team.

Before joining Sosei Heptares, Noel held several positions in various organizations. Noel served as a Trustee at the Chemical Structure Association Trust since March 2016. Additionally, they were a Member of the Blue Obelisk Group, a virtual organization that promotes open source, open data, and open science in chemistry.

From September 2012 to August 2019, Noel worked as a Senior Software Engineer at NextMove Software.
