Burcu Demir is a seasoned data analyst with extensive experience in data analysis, project development, and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Data Analyst at hepsiJET since October 2021, Burcu has previously held roles as a Project Analyst at Vivense.com and as a Senior Operations Specialist at Shopier. Key responsibilities have included analyzing last mile and cargo operations, monitoring KPIs, improving processes, and facilitating communication between departments. Earlier internship experiences at Arkas Holding and İstanbul Ticaret Odası provided a foundation in marketing, sales, and foreign trade. Burcu holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from Istanbul Technical University and a Bachelor's degree in International Trade and Logistics Management from Maltepe University.
