Jen Catalano, SHRM-CP, STA, has extensive experience in talent acquisition and workforce strategy, currently serving as Manager of Talent Acquisition and Analytics at PODS since May 2024. Prior roles include Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Clean Harbors, Talent Acquisition Partner at IBM, and Supervisor of Workforce Strategy and Onboarding at Pinellas County Government. Catalano has also held senior positions at Raymond James, Catalina Marketing Corporation, and Serve, an American Express Company, as well as earlier roles at Tech Data and Nielsen. Jen Catalano holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (I/O) and German from Kalamazoo College, and furthered education at The University of Bonn.
