Davi Novaes has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Davi started their career in 2017 as an Analyst of Marketing at Arco Consultoria and later became the Director of Marketing. In 2018, they worked as the Vice-president of Communication at FEJEPE. In 2019, they joined Projecity as the Diretor de Gestão for a short period before moving to Avantia - Tecnologia e Segurança. At Avantia, they served as a Product Analyst, Product Manager, and eventually became the Head of Products. Currently, they are a Product Manager at Hent, starting in 2023.

Davi Novaes's education history begins in 2014 when they enrolled at the Universidade Federal de Pernambuco, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Davi successfully completed their studies in 2019.
