WeeChong Pay is a seasoned professional in system engineering and project delivery with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as a System Engineer at HENSOLDT since March 2022, WeeChong is involved in solution management, system architecture, design and testing. Prior to this role, WeeChong held multiple senior managerial positions at Rohde & Schwarz from July 2015 to April 2022, including Senior Manager of Satellite Intelligence and Head of System Solutions, where responsibilities included project delivery, building technical competency, and developing customized solutions for global clients. Additionally, during a tenure at Rohde & Schwarz Asia from August 2005 to June 2015, WeeChong managed a team focused on sales of EMC systems across the APAC region, fostering client relationships and enhancing product offerings.
