Jan Hufen serves as the Head of HR Centers of Expertise and Vice President at HENSOLDT, overseeing various HR functions including Social Policies & Labor Law, Compensation & Benefits, HR Processes & Systems, and Mobility Management. Jan leads the HR site in Taufkirchen and coordinates the Heads of HR-Sites across Germany. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Legal Counsel for Labour Law at Airbus Defence and Space GmbH and positions at Norton Rose Group and JONES DAY®, focusing on Individual & Collective Labour Law and M&A. Jan holds a Master of Laws in International Commercial Law from the University of Cape Town and multiple law degrees from institutions including Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and King's College London.
