Prakash Vegunta has extensive experience in engineering, currently serving as a Senior Design Engineer at Hensley Industries since December 2013, where responsibilities include designing, developing, and analyzing 3-D models and engineering drawings for new products, as well as conducting research and testing prototypes. Prior to this role, Prakash worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Belcan Engineering/Caterpillar Inc. from March 2011 to December 2013. Earlier experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant at Indiana State University from August 2008 to December 2010, where duties involved teaching and communicating with undergraduate students in Pro E and Auto CAD. Prakash holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering/Technology from Indiana State University (2008-2010) and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (2003-2007). Educational background also includes primary schooling at Sir C.R.R Public School (1989-1997) and intermediate education at Sree Bharathi (1997-2000).
