Heather McKay is an experienced Recipe and Product Developer currently employed at Hensall Co-op since July 2021. Prior to this role, Heather worked as a Product Developer at Delmar Foods and served as a Product Development Scientist at High Park Company. Previous experience includes R&D Technologist at Natra and Technical Advisor at Krausz Consulting, where Heather reviewed British Retail Consortium technical documents. A significant portion of Heather's career was spent at The Kraft Heinz Company from 1992 to 2013, where roles ranged from Senior Product Developer to Product Development Technologist, amassing expertise in creating and commercializing over 500 products across various categories. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Microbiology from the University of Guelph.
