Heather Norby has been working in the cannabis industry since 2017. From 2017-2019, they were a Cannabis Account Manager for both Henry's Original and Roam/Glass House Farms. From 2016-2014, they were an Outside Sales Representative for sbe Lifestyle Hospitality and an Account Manager for Iron Bow Technologies. Heather was also an Outside Sales Representative for sbe Lifestyle Hospitality from 2010-2016.

Heather Norby received their Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Arizona State University.
