Jeffrey Liss is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer experience enablement, digital transformation, and management consulting. Currently serving as the VP of Global Customer Experience Enablement at Henry Schein since November 2023, Liss is responsible for implementing high-impact customer initiatives. Previously, Liss held the position of Director in the Connected Commerce Practice at KPMG US, enhancing eCommerce experiences for diverse clients. Liss's notable roles also include EVP and Chief Digital Officer at FULLBEAUTY Brands and multiple senior leadership positions at Ascena Retail Group and Charming Shoppes, where responsibilities spanned operational transformation, digital strategy, and customer insights. Liss's educational background includes an MS in Accounting from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA with Honors in History from Wesleyan University.
