Tanya Befus serves as the Chief People Officer at Henry Schein One since May 2018, following a progressive career at Henry Schein, Inc. starting in May 2007 as Senior HR Director, where responsibilities included HR direction and strategy for the Global Practice Solutions Group in software and technology. Tanya oversaw HR functions for multiple North American locations across dental, veterinary, and medical technology sectors. Prior to these roles, Tanya's experience at Henry Schein Practice Solutions from May 1996 to 2007 included positions such as Manager of Human Resources and Manager of Operations. Tanya holds a degree from Brigham Young University, earned between 1987 and 1993.
