John Pereira is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Since 2021, John has served as President of Dentalplans.com, a key player in the dental savings plan sector under Henry Schein One. Prior to this, John was Chief Operating Officer at Lightstream from 2017 to 2021, where responsibilities included providing cloud and networking technology solutions. John's experience also encompasses a significant tenure at ExpertVoice as COO, and pivotal roles at Ancestry.com, where John was VP of AncestryDNA and VP of Business Development & Ad Ops, leading the launch of the world’s largest direct-to-consumer DNA business. Earlier in John's career, important contributions were made at Amazon.com as Senior Manager of Operations Integration and as a Naval Officer in the US Navy, where John navigated a guided missile vessel. John Pereira holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the United States Naval Academy.
