Katie Fletcher, CHRP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Manager of Compensation, Benefits & HRIS at Henry Schein Canada Inc. since April 2014. Prior roles at the same company include Senior Human Resources Consultant, Human Resources Consultant, Benefits & Disability Management Representative, and Human Resources Coordinator. Previously, Katie worked as a Customer Service Representative at CIBC from July 2011 to July 2012, where responsibilities included delivering exceptional customer service and managing administrative tasks. Education includes a Post Graduate Program in Human Resources Management from Niagara College and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Honours in Economics from Brock University.
