Before that, they worked at GKN Driveline as a Senior Program Manager from April 2018 to May 2018, as a Platform Engineering Manager from April 2017 to April 2018, and as an Application Engineer from January 2016 to March 2017. Additionally, Nick has experience at Schaeffler as a Senior Product Development Engineer from May 2015 to January 2016, as a Senior Applications Engineer from May 2014 to April 2015, as an Application Engineer / Program Manager from October 2009 to April 2014, as a Product Development Engineer from October 2006 to September 2009, and as a Test Engineer - Belt Drive Systems from June 2003 to September 2006.
Nick Chappell attended the University of Surrey from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) Hons degree in Mechanical Engineering & Engineering Business Management. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certifications in Coaching and Developing Employees and Coaching Employees through Difficult Situations from LinkedIn in September 2019 and August 2019, respectively.
