Robert Riccardi is a senior-level professional in the non-profit sector with over 10 years of experience in financial leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Henry Kaufmann Campgrounds since March 2017, and as Chief Financial Officer for 4G44 eSports since November 2018, Robert has a proven track record in managing finance, accounting, IT, administration, human resources, and facilities. Previously, Robert held the position of Director of Finance and Administration at the YMCA of Greater Bergen County from July 2001 to March 2017, where effective transformations in business operations were implemented. An alumnus of Fordham University with a degree in Finance, Economics, and Accounting, Robert has also pursued further education in Accounting and Finance at Bergen Community College, and holds a certification in Advanced Networking and Data Communications from the Chubb Institute.
