George Pallas has a diverse work experience history. George is currently the Head of Administration at HENRY DUNANT Hospital Center, where they are responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the operations of clinics and outpatient departments. George also handles human resources management and evaluation, and oversees special projects related to medical centers' operational development and patient complaints handling. Prior to this, George worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Piraeus Bank from September 2020 to June 2021. George also served as a Senior Consultant at Excelixi SA, Center of Sustainable Entrepreneurship from June 2016 to September 2020. Before that, they held various roles at HENRY DUNANT Hospital Center, including Human Capital Training and Development, Head, Quality Assurance & Human Capital Training Officer, and Human Resources Department Officer. Additionally, George has experience in European Programs Management at the Research Center for Gender Equality and worked in the Olympic Torch Relay Department at Athens 2004.
George Pallas earned their Bachelor's degree in Law, Financial, and Politics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, attending from 1998 to 2002. George later obtained a Master's degree in Cultural Organisations Management from the Hellenic Open University, attending from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, George completed a short-term program in Television Presentations at ANT1 Group Studies in 2009, focusing on Communication and Media Studies.
George Pallas also holds certifications in various fields. In April 2017, they became an Instructor from EOPPEP, the National Organization for Accreditation of Qualifications & Vocational Guidance. In March 2010, they obtained the certification of Rapporteur from OAED Manpower Employment Organization.
