Richard Bouslog has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Richard began their career in 1971 as a Principal at New Castle Community Schools and stayed in that role until 2010. In 1978, they served as the County Council Vice President at Henry County Courthouse. Starting in 1984, they worked as the Secretary/Board Member at Henry County Redevelopment Commission. In 2002, they became the Co-Chairman of Henry County Tax Abatement Committee. In 2010, Richard joined Three Rivers Management as the President, and also served as the Council Liaison at the Board of Aviation Commission.

Richard Bouslog attended Ball State University from 1966 to 1971, where they obtained both a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) and a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in the field of Education.
