Dawn Stultz-Vaughn currently serves as the Registrar of Henry County, Virginia, a position held since February 2021. Prior to this role, Dawn worked as a Training Coordinator at the Piedmont Regional Criminal Justice Training Academy from July 2017 to January 2021, and served as a Lieutenant with the Martinsville Police Department from January 1996 to July 2017. Dawn's career began as a Reading Specialist at Martinsville City Schools in 1995. Educationally, Dawn holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice Administration from Averett University (2018-2020) and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Radford University (1989-1993). Additionally, Dawn attended Patrick & Henry Community College between 1991 and 2015 and graduated with an Advanced Studies Diploma from Martinsville High School in 1989.
