Gordon Milligan OBE, FIoD, FCIPD, currently serves as a Non-Executive Director at Henry Brothers Ltd and Chair of National Museums NI and The Labour Relations Agency. Previously, Milligan held the Chair position at IoD Northern Ireland and served as Deputy Group Chief Executive and Director of Human Resources & Organisational Development at Translink. In earlier roles, Milligan was Group Human Resources Director at Dunbia, Human Resources Director for EMEA Global Operations at Nortel Networks, and worked in Human Resources at BOMBARDIER. Academic credentials include an Executive Leadership degree from Harvard University and an Executive MBA from Coventry University.
