Michelle Green is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and management roles. Currently serving as Controller at Hennessy Advisors, Inc. since July 2014, Michelle has also held the position of Assistant Controller within the same organization. Prior to Hennessy Advisors, Michelle worked as a Senior Accountant at Jack Daniel's Properties, Inc. under Brown-Forman Brands from October 2007 to July 2014, and at GreenPoint Mortgage for a brief period in 2007. Earlier in the career, Michelle began as a Staff Accountant at Zeisler, Zeisler, Rawson & Johnson LLP from October 2004 to January 2007. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of California, Santa Cruz, completed in 2002, and graduated from Novato High School in 1998.
