Tiffany Neubig has extensive experience in civil engineering and military leadership. Currently serving as a Construction Manager at the US Navy since February 2024, Tiffany also holds a key position in the U.S. Navy Reserve as ECHO Company Commander for NMCB TWO FIVE, overseeing the training readiness of 140 personnel. Previous roles include Project Manager at Hennessey Engineers, Inc., and positions at SmithGroup, Tetra Tech, HNTB, and Atwell-Hicks, contributing to significant projects such as M-1 Rail in Detroit and the Honolulu Rail Transit Project. Tiffany's military background includes serving as a Quartermaster and Chemical Repairer in the US Army, where responsibilities involved supervising maintenance and the design layout for combat support field hospitals. Educational credentials include a Master of Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Lawrence Technological University, along with an AutoCAD certificate.
