With a vast background in human resources and organizational development, Susana has held significant roles, including Senior Advisor to Sherpa Capital and Founder of Smart Culture, where initiatives focus on aligning corporate culture with business strategy. Susana’s academic involvement includes positions as an Associate Professor at ISDI and The Valley Digital Business School, alongside prior expertise as Human Resources Director at Kellogg Company and Avon Products.
