Tshiamo Moyo is an experienced IT Support Specialist currently employed at Henley Business School - Africa since April 2023, responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of support tickets and executing Incident Management processes, including Major Incident Management. Prior to this role, Tshiamo Moyo gained comprehensive experience at Reflex Solutions from July 2018 to April 2023, serving in various capacities including Tier 2 Support Engineer, Tier 1 Support Engineer, and Service Desk Engineer. Tshiamo Moyo holds an Advanced Diploma in Business Management Practice from Henley Business School, completed between February 2022 and February 2023, and has additional education from CTU Training Solutions.
