Tebogo Mekgoe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the aviation and education sectors. As the Founder of Orenda Advisory & Strategy since January 2017, and an Adjunct Faculty member and Head of MBA at Henley Business School - Africa, Tebogo has demonstrated a commitment to leadership and strategic development. Previously, Tebogo served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Airports Company South Africa from June 2000 to December 2016, a groundbreaking role that highlighted the need for organizational adaptation in a changing landscape. Tebogo also held several key positions at OR Tambo International Airport, including General Manager and Assistant GM of Airport Operations, overseeing crucial operational aspects and ensuring passenger facilitation. Earlier in the career, Tebogo was the Airport Manager of East London Airport and worked as an Engineer, focusing on mechanical and civil infrastructure maintenance and engineering. Tebogo holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering and an Executive MBA from the University of Cape Town.
