Sharon Shakung is a seasoned facilitator, coach, and consultant with extensive experience in leadership development, people management, and organizational development. Since founding Sharon Shakung & Associates in July 2013, Sharon has supported clients in achieving growth and transformation through customized training programs and coaching. Additionally, Sharon serves as adjunct faculty at Henley Business School - Africa, USB Executive Development (Pty) Ltd, and Wits Enterprise, specializing in Personal Mastery, Diversity & Inclusion, and Leadership and Talent Management modules. Prior to these roles, Sharon managed organizational development and corporate training functions at The National Research Foundation of South Africa, and provided consulting services across various management disciplines with multiple consulting firms. Sharon holds multiple certificates and degrees from esteemed institutions, including a BSc in Chemistry from the University of the Witwatersrand and various management coaching and conflict resolution credentials from the University of Cape Town and Wits Business School.
