Peter Saxton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the manufacturing and quality assurance sectors, primarily within the adhesives and specialty materials industry. Since 2008, Peter has held various leadership roles at Henkel, currently serving as Director of Plant Operations, overseeing the manufacturing of adhesives and materials for semiconductor packaging and electronics assembly. Previous positions at Henkel include Vice President of Quality, Safety, Health & Environment, and Vice President of Operations, all focused on high-reliability semiconductor applications. Before joining Henkel, Peter worked at Ablestik Laboratories, where responsibilities included managing process engineers and overseeing plant operations. Peter's career began at Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI), contributing to chemical process research and development. Peter holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering and Environmental Technology from The University of Manchester.
