Nicole Collins is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Henkel since May 2023, Nicole previously held the position of Manufacturing Director at Coats from May 2021 to April 2023, and Plant Manager at Bostik from March 2011 to May 2021, where responsibilities included P&L management and workforce training on operational philosophies. Prior roles include Operations Manager at Nomaco, Logistics Leader at SABIC Innovative Plastics, and Chemical Operation Manager at GE, where Nicole managed diverse functions such as EHS, quality control, and production efficiency. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, obtained in 1997.
