Dr. Andreas Bolte has extensive experience in the field of product development, serving as Senior Scientific Principal Product Development at Henkel AG & Co. KGaA since July 2002, where responsibilities include leading national and international projects, process development, and standardizing production methods, with a focus on silane modified polymers, reactive silicones, and adhesives. Prior to this role, Dr. Bolte was Technical Plant Manager and Head of Quality Management at cph Deutschland GmbH, overseeing the production and development of labelling and packaging adhesives from July 1997 to June 2002. Academic qualifications include a Doctorate in Organometallic Chemistry from the Max-Planck-Institut für Kohlenforschung and a Diplom in Chemistry from Ruhr University Bochum.
