Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and education. Currently serving as the Owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has developed an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has held the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously operated Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana's experience also includes working as a Nutritionist at a private consulting office and serving as a university lecturer teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Management of Companies from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
