Fidel Rosiles has a work experience spanning several companies in the transportation and energy sectors. Fidel began their career at Drop Zone Portable Service, Inc in 2005 as a Service Technician Supervisor. In 2008, they joined Quala as a Supervisor and worked there until 2015. Fidel then moved to Burch Energy Corp. D.B.A. Quala where they served as a Facility Manager from 2015 to 2019. During the same period, they also held the role of Tank Cleaning, Design & Consulting Specialist at Burch Tank & Truck, Inc. In 2019, they transitioned to the position of Regional Sales Operations Manager at Burch Tank & Truck, Inc. In 2020, Fidel joined Heniff Transportation Systems as the Regional Operations Manager of Total Clean LLC. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations at Total Clean LLC.

Fidel Rosiles obtained a Certificate in Autobody/Collision and Repair Technology/Technician from Lake Land College between 2002 and 2004. In addition, they obtained a certification in Wastewater/Water System Operator from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency in April 2015.
