Tobias Braun is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate, M&A, and finance practices at Hengeler Mueller, where positions held include Senior Associate and Associate since July 2017. Prior experience includes roles as a Research Assistant at Hengeler Mueller, a Legal Trainee at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, and various internships at Clifford Chance LLP, Taylor Wessing, and the Landgericht Heilbronn. In addition to participation in international moot courts, Tobias Braun holds a PhD in Law from Heidelberg University and completed a traineeship at the county court of Heilbronn. Education also includes studies at The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
