Tijs Aben is an experienced professional in business excellence and applications within Hendrix Genetics, where responsibilities encompass managing global teams, supporting process improvements, and overseeing master data management. Since June 2015, Tijs has served as the Business Excellence System Manager, leading a team of Global Key Users to enhance processes through ERP systems. Prior roles at Hendrix Genetics include Chapter Lead for Business Applications and Global Master Data Coordinator. Tijs began with Hendrix Genetics Layers in a financial and administrative capacity before gaining diverse experience in roles such as HR Manager at Florero S.C. and Web-based Communication Project Advisor at UMC St Radboud.
