Les Birbaum has extensive experience in real estate acquisitions and asset management, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at Hendricks Commercial Properties, LLC since October 2010. In this role, Les leads acquisition activities nationwide, focusing on high-performing metropolitan statistical areas and building a diverse investment portfolio. Previous positions at Hendricks included Senior Vice President and Vice President of Asset Management, where Les oversaw development activities and repositioned a substantial portfolio. Prior experience includes partnerships and leadership roles at Vista Venture LLC and Apex Commercial, where Les demonstrated a strong ability to identify market trends and drive business growth. Les holds a BS in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
