Bobby Turner is a skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in the motorsports industry. Currently serving as a Senior Defense Design Engineer at Hendrick Motorsports since September 2022, Bobby has previously held significant roles including Senior Project Engineer at RFK Racing from November 2015 to September 2022, and Design Engineer at Michael Waltrip Racing from October 2009 to November 2015. Earlier in the career, Bobby contributed to various organizations such as Parker Hannifin, Petty Enterprises, Bill Davis Racing, Robert Yates Racing, and the original Hendrick Motorsports engagement between 1998 and 2005. Bobby holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, obtained in 2003.
