Fred Harbers is the current CEO of Hencon Holding B.V. Fred has held various management positions in companies such as Aebi Schmidt Holding AG and John Deere. Fred has extensive experience in operations management and quality engineering. Fred has pursued further education, earning an MBA from TSM Business School and a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Inholland University of Applied Sciences. Additionally, Fred is involved in Techwise Twente, a successful connector between regional businesses and technical MBO educational institutions.
