Rebecca Geppert has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Rebecca is currently working at Hemster, where they hold the position of Strategic Sustainability Manager as of January 2023. Prior to this role, Rebecca worked at Hemster as the Strategic Operations Manager from March 2022 to January 2023 and as the Quality & Design Manager from October 2021 to March 2022.

Before joining Hemster, Rebecca was an Associate Designer at NYC Alliance from February 2020 to October 2021.

Rebecca's earlier experience includes working at Mi Jong Lee as an Account Manager + Design. Rebecca'sresponsibilities in this role included original print design, silhouette research and development, draping and pattern-making, fabric and trim sourcing, and production management. Rebecca held this position from September 2018 to February 2020.

Prior to their time at Mi Jong Lee, Rebecca worked at Kohl's Department Stores as an Assistant Designer from August 2016 to September 2018. In this role, they focused on design for inclusive fit categories, fabric and trim sourcing, and sample coordination.

Rebecca's work experience also includes an internship at Kohl's Department Stores as a Fashion Design Intern in 2015 and an internship at AGV Sports Group, Inc. as an Apparel Design Intern in 2014.

Rebecca Geppert completed their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design from 2012 to 2016. After a gap in their education, they pursued further studies in Chemistry at CUNY New York City College of Technology from 2020 to 2021, although they did not complete a degree in this field.
