Dana Billingslea has a diverse work experience spanning several industries.
Starting in 2008, they worked as a Residence Hall Office Manager for Indiana University of Pennsylvania Residence Life.
In 2010, they worked as a Lead Generator for Haller Enterprises and later as a Bartender for Zia Maria's.
From 2011-2012, they interned in Human Resources at VF Outlets, gaining experience in recruiting and creating a Child Labor Law booklet.
In 2012, they interned at Red Lion Controls, where they assisted in creating a policy manual and job descriptions.
They then transitioned to working as a Human Resource Administrator at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., supporting various departments and conducting employee engagement programs.
From 2014-2022, they worked at Carlisle Etcetera LLC, initially as a Human Resources Generalist, where they managed recruitment and developed compensation structures. They later became the Operations/Sales Support Manager, overseeing customer service and logistics communication. Finally, they held the position of Director, HR and Sales Support, leading the HR department and the sales support team.
Most recently, in 2022, they joined Hemster as the Director, Partnerships & People.
Dana Billingslea completed course work in Human Resource Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 2008 to 2010. Following that, from 2010 to 2012, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from Alvernia University.
