Kristen Anderson (Oliver) is the Director of Design & Construction at Hempel Real Estate. Prior to this, she has worked as a Project Manager at Collaborative Design Group, inc., and as an Assistant Business Manager at Integrated Conservation. Kristen has experience in historic preservation, project management, and marketing. She holds a Master's degree in Historic Preservation with a Minor in Facilities Management from Pratt Institute. Kristen has a strong background in customer service, event planning, and executive assistance.
