Anja Berg Winther is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in strategic communications. Currently serving as Vice President and Global Communications Director at Hempel A/S since May 2021, Anja previously held various leadership roles at Novozymes, including Head of Media & Leadership Communication and Strategic Communication Manager, where responsibilities included advising on communications strategies and leading annual report projects. Prior experience at Carlsberg Group involved roles as Communications Manager and Corporate Journalist, focusing on leadership communications and strategy implementation. Anja's educational background includes two MSc degrees in Design and Communication Management and a BSc in Business, Language, and Culture, all from Copenhagen Business School, complemented by earlier studies at Niels Brock and Scotland County High School.
