Meaghan Shea is an experienced professional with a background in strategic initiatives, clinical development, and project management within the healthcare and education sectors. As a Sr. Specialist in Strategic Initiatives at Global Coalition for Adaptive Research since March 2024, Meaghan leads efforts to advance medical research. Previously, as the Clinical Development and Communications Coordinator at HemoShear Therapeutics from January 2022 to February 2024, Meaghan contributed to developing drugs for children's rare metabolic disorders. Meaghan also held roles at PRA Health Sciences, where leadership in project management was recognized, and WorldStrides, which involved curating strategic content and facilitating experiential learning.
