M. Sol Collado has extensive work experience in various research and teaching roles. They started their career in 2001 as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at the University of Houston. In 2007, they joined the Marine Biological Laboratory as a Teaching Assistant. From 2007 to 2012, they worked at the University of Virginia as a Postdoctoral Research Associate and later as a Research Scientist. In 2012, they joined HemoShear Therapeutics as a Research Scientist, where they advanced to the role of Program Leader for Rare Diseases. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Director and Head of Discovery Biology at HemoShear Therapeutics.
