Sylvie Gleises is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and client management within the insurance and financial sectors. Currently serving as CEO of AXA XL in Singapore, Sylvie also holds the position of Head of Client Management for Asia Pacific Europe and Global Head of Revenue Synergies. Additionally, Sylvie is an Independent Board Member at Hemarina, a French biotech start-up. Previous roles at AXA included CEO of AXA ART for various regions and Chief of Staff to the Chairman & CEO, along with positions in investor relations and business development. Sylvie started their career as a Senior Consultant at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. Sylvie's education includes a Master’s degree in European Studies from the London School of Economics and political training from Georgetown University, among other prestigious institutions.
