Jill M. C. Jill also owned and operated HRDepartment On-Call from 2003 to 2010, providing comprehensive HR consultancy to startups and mid-sized high-tech companies, specializing in strategic staffing, talent development, and succession planning. Jill holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Emmanuel College in Boston.
