Nicole Schuttelaar has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a People Partner and HR Manager at HEMA since March 2018, where Nicole also holds the role of Strategisch HR Business Partner. Prior to HEMA, Nicole worked at Effectory from April 2011 to January 2018 as a Teamlead and Senior HR Consultant, and previously as an HR Consultant. Nicole's early career included a Professional Traineeship at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. from May 2009 to July 2011, which involved roles as a Project Officer in Marketing and Commercial Banking and as a Vestigingsmanager at a Financial Center. Nicole started in the professional field with an internship at Fortis MeesPierson in early 2008. Academically, Nicole earned an MA in Strategic Human Resource Management from Utrecht University in 2008 and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration & Organizational Science from Utrecht University in 2007, with additional studies at Deakin University in 2007.
