Sam Jordan is an experienced professional in IT strategy and digital transformation, currently serving as the Divisional Vice President of Customer Experience Technology at Helzberg Diamonds since December 2021. Prior to this role, Sam accumulated significant expertise at SMG - Service Management Group from June 2012 to January 2022, progressing through various positions including Director of Operations & Implementation and Solution Team Leader.
